What exactly is EFT Tapping?

EFT tapping is a simple and flexible method that combines gentle touch (somatic) with attention to thoughts and feelings. Using your fingertips to tap on acupuncture points on the face, hands, and body, you can create a sensation that communicates safety to the brain and body. At the same time, you temporarily focus on an issue and the emotions you want to resolve. It’s a simple and powerful way to affect the emotional “zing” we feel when stressful things happen.
